Are your trainers qualified?
Yes. All our trainers hold degrree level qualifications in their language or have mother tongue competence. In case of English, they have TESOL or CELTA qualification.
Do you use a coursebook?
We use a variety of resources, but do not use one specific coursebook. We prefer to use authentic material (websites / borchures/ newspapers) to help learners get exposed to real-life language.
Can i cancel or reschedule a class?
Yes. We understand that in life things can go off-plan. All we ask is for 24 hours notice period to reschedule, or we must charge for the lesson.
Can I pay for the first lesson and see if I like it?
No, but we do offer a free trial lesson. We are confident that after this lesson, you will be happy to book a course with us.
What is the maximum class size?
We do not recommend more than 8 people per class. Additionally, each student should be approximately the same level in the language, and classes can only be cancelled or rescheduled if all students are unable to be there.
How do i know my level?

Will i get a certificate at the end of my class?
No, we don’t give certificates for attending our classes. However if you need to provide proof that you have completed a course with us, we will be happy to do so. Also, we will point you in the right direction of the best language exams.
Can I pay monthly or do I have to pay for the whole course in advance?
Yes, courses can be paid for with monthly invoices.
